Due diligence, business improvement, strategy, PMO design and implementation, and management training
Ivor Stevenson has spent over seventeen years in senior leadership positions in Big 4 and specialist business and technology consultancies. He is experienced in operational and technical due diligence, operations audit and improvement, strategy development, PMO design and implementation and management training.
Ivor has carried out and managed consulting projects in many countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States. His work includes strategy and business planning for start-up wireless operators, MVNEs and MVNOs including Tesco Mobile; operational and technical due diligence on behalf of major banks and equity investors, on mobile and fixed wireless operators, broadband network providers and tower infrastructure companies from Denmark to Tanzania; audit and post-merger integration of network operations of European fixed operators; operating model re-design of global telecom/IT service businesses; and set up and management of a launch PMO for a new market entrant in South Africa. Ivor has also written management training programmes for the O2 Leadership Academy.
Over the last ten years Ivor has carried out projects for telecoms operators, vendors and service providers including BT (UK), Cable and Wireless (UK), MTN (South Africa), TDC (Sweden), Eircom (Ireland), Nokia (USA), Telefonia Dialog (Poland), Smile Communications (South Africa), Cyfrowy Polsat (Poland),Siemens (UK) and Zain (Middle East).
He has spoken at conferences and seminars across Europe and the USA and provided comment on telecoms industry issues for the BBC.
