Coleago’s consultants have delivered more than 30 network sharing and managed services projects for MNOs, fixed operators, national regulatory authorities, government ministries and industry bodies.

Mobile and fixed network operators the world over need todramatically reduce their per-bit network investment and operating costs to cope with the ever-increasing data traffic, new technology and revenue pressure from competition. Meanwhile, governments and regulators are keen to expand broadband access to the whole population. All of this is driving operators to share their networks, outsource to managed service providers (MSPs) or enter into mergers/acquisitions (M&A) – with a marked increase in such transactions over the last decade.
