Tim has held leadership positions within the energy sector living and working across the globe and specialising in supply chain and team organisational effectiveness and is a member of the British Psychological Society. Tim is delivers psychometric profiling including Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, NEO PI3, NBI, Clarity 4D, and is registered to use the 6 Conditions of Teams Diagnostic Survey and is a certified change manager through PROSCI. He has been a professional coach for 15 years.
Tim has consultancy experience with companies such as Celcom, bangalink, MTN, Shell, BP, ADNOC, McKinsey, Amgen, General Mills, Smith and Nephew, Societe Generale, United Nations and start ups such as Avast Norton, Ataccama and Zolar.
Tim combines his early career in the energy sector with his leadership consultancy and has created a practical and direct approach within the world of corporate leadership development. His style of consultation is rooted in focus on an adaptive communication style. His delivery is challenging and interactive, enabling leaders to reach clarity and shape action.
