Rodrigo has 30+ years of experience in Telecommunications, specialising in technology, strategy, and regulation. He consults for diverse international clients and excels in Techno Economic Analysis modelling.

Rodrigo has over three decades of experience in the Telecom, Media, and Digital industries, holding various management and consulting roles and providing advice to investors, suppliers, service providers, regulators, industry bodies, and professional service firms. He has successfully led consulting projects across South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He began his career as a pre-sales Engineer at Siemens in Brazil, subsequently joining Ericsson in Sweden, where he played a significant role in advising on the initial implementation of IP backbones for fixed and mobile communications. After earning an MBA in 2005, Rodrigo transitioned into management consulting, working first with Ovum (now Omdia) and later with Cartesian.

Over the past decade, Rodrigo has successfully undertaken numerous projects as an independent consultant. His assignments have encompassed business planning, technology strategy, and enterprise and solutions architecture. In this role, he has delivered consulting services to prominent clients such as Telefonica, Vodafone, the European Space Agency, and Inmarsat, among others.
