New market entry: Coleago wrote Telenor’s bid book application for the mobile licence in Myanmar. Telenor was ranked 1st, paying a lower price than the 2nd ranked and is now the most successful operator in Myanmar.

Performance improvement: For Zain, KSA, Coleago carried out a strategic and operational review of all functions and made recommendations yielding performance improvement and cost reductions.
