Get in touchDue Diligence and Transaction Support
We deliver rigorous commercial and technical due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and infrastructure investments – supporting both bidders and vendors. Our expertise enables clients to make informed decisions on value and business opportunities derived from fibre infrastructure by identifying value drivers, risks and upside potential.
Business Planning and Asset Valuation
Coleago helps clients optimise the strategic and financial value of their infrastructure assets, which have often been seen from a balance sheet rather than sales generating value perspective.
We develop business plans, grounded by detailed GIS analysis and market assessments, to maximise returns and asset valuations that account for market trends, policy impacts and the often-undervalued role of passive infrastructure, enabling better investment decisions and unlocking long-term value.
Government Policy and Infrastructure Strategy
We advise policymakers on initiatives to promote digital inclusion, open access networks and increasing availability of improved broadband services. Our advice addresses the broadband ecosystem, from policy and regulatory, through demand and supply-side analysis and financial and economic evaluation.
The digital divide between well and unserved areas has an increasing impact on society and economic development. Our recommendations address the need for reforms, as well as the optimum approach to public investments, private capital enablement and private capital mobilisation to achieve their policy objectives.
Tower Carve-Out Strategy
Coleago guides operators and investors through tower carve-outs and spin-offs. We assess commercial feasibility, model operational and financial impacts, and support the structuring of transactions that maximise value while ensuring long-term viability, whether creating standalone towercos or engaging in sale-and-leaseback arrangements.
