He works on strategic development projects for government intervention to accelerate fibre delivery, technical M&A due diligence for private sector and financial institutions and business strategy and planning for telecom operators.

His experience includes:

  • Strategic business planning and feasibility studies for open access fibre network development ranging from national broadband plan to connect underserved provinces to greenfield city development and targeted urban co-deployment projects.
  • Technical due diligence of fixed operator networks, vendor and buyer side, for support merger and acquisitions in Asia and United Kingdom.
  • Leadership of telecoms projects in both commercial and transport infrastructure environment ranging from the build and commercialisation of an open access fibre network design to development of a rail passenger information system utilising the dedicated rail mobile network.

He also served as a commissioned officer in the British Army for ten years.
